On a chaotic battlefield, elves, humans, and demi-humans fought against a horde of various species of creatures led by towering furious Minotaurs.

A small distance away from the city, a demi-human lion with a fiery mane clashed against a hulking horned man who wielded a spear and shield, and their clash was sending shockwaves through the surroundings.

"Kitty, yer struggle's wasted 'cause yeh ain't savin' anyone, and yer best option, save yer own hide and run away." The horned man spoke as he parried and blocked the barrage of fire fists.

"I will die, but I will be remembered as an honorable hero, but your entire tribe will be butchered like the feral animals you are for trying to take something belonging to the Uzash clan," The lion roared as flame engulfed his surroundings.

"Uzash clan won't unleash their full might on my tribe when they find out our king is no longer just king."

"When it comes to their soldiers dyin', they won't give a damn, not enough to start a war. So, in my eyes, you're headin' for a death that means nothing," The horned man said with a wide grin.

"Grankar advanced to the Eight Rank?" The lion uttered, his voice tinged with both fear and a sense of realization.

"Aren't yeh a clever one, and now yeh can rest in peace knowin' that your death was pointless." The horned man said as he lunged forward, aiming to use the small window of opportunity.

The lion swiftly sidestepped, unwittingly positioning itself directly in the path of the spear, and the weapon tore through his armor, slicing through ribs and narrowly missing the heart.

What followed was a lightning-quick shield bash that sent the lion flying, and the horned man was going to follow up with a stronger attack as his spear pulsed with grayish mana, creating a humming sound, but at that critical moment, his expression turned shocked followed by extreme rage and anger.

"Tesres, Linefa, handle him. I need to go," The horned man roared as his physique started to undergo a change, as dark fur started to grow over his exposed neck, over his hands, and his horns grew larger and darker, and before even the transformation was completed, two elemental wings formed and vanished.

The Minotaurs looked confused as to why their commander suddenly left, while the humans sighed in relief, thinking he ran away, sensing the reinforcement.

'Why is Muutra's life in danger? Did Reoven get killed? But That shouldn't be possible, not with the strength of the army chief, so did unforeseen reinforcement arrive at the city?' These thoughts went through the minotaur beast king's mind as he traveled toward the city.

Minutes later, he arrived in the city, and as he scanned his surroundings, he did not realize that his dreadful aura was sending crimpling fear through the elves and confusion among the Minotaurs.

He was confused, seeing nothing was wrong, but it still didn't change the fact why he came here, so without hesitation, he dived into

dome of darkness.

[Inside The Dome]

"Weakling, do yeh even grasp what you have done?"

Alex felt dense killing intent clocked with a primal aura washed over him before he heard a deep voice as he felt his skull getting crushed and being lifted off the ground. Before he could thrust his sword backward into whoever was holding him, he was forcefully slammed into the ground, losing a few hundred thousand in health and having his skull crack as the attack was purely physical.

"BAAAMMM"

"BAAAMMM"

"BAAAMMM" x 5

Alex was mercilessly slammed into the ground eight times, with his health dropping to less than 10% while all the bones in his face were crushed, skin ripped open, bloodied, and unrecognizable.

Alex was dazed after getting his head slammed into the ground, and he was barely conscious. As he was flung to the side, he instinctively used Malevolent Revitalization and marked himself ten times with the Hex of Renewal to recover his health.

'What the fu** just happened,' Alex thought; as his vision returned and looking ahead, he saw an 11'ft tall mountain of a man adorned in grayish dark armor with a shield and spear placed on his back standing next to Muutra.

'If I die, I will lose a month of work and have to start again, while if I fight against him, using the combination of Ruler Pride+Dragon Might+Mana Overdrive and Dragon Monarch Aura, I am confident of winning,'

'But at what cost? Using the Dragon Monarch Aura alone would place a debuff on me lasting seven days where the darkness aspects would become harder to understand,'

'I would also not stay in peak condition for at least thirty days, and on top of that, if used Mana Overdrive, it would only serve to mess my body up more,'

'While I would also come into the limelight, a lot of unnecessary attention and dying would result in my first death, and I would be free to do the things I have planned in peace,'

'However, A month wasted could cost the human continent immensely, and that failure will be a regret for my whole life,' Alex thought, reasoning with himself to see if his decision was right.

Alex was not worried about what he needed to tell the elves about how a peak fifth Rank killed a Beast King, a being very few can match besides Elemental Rulers.

However, he was worried about his identity getting revealed, as he had plans to keep it hidden even when higher-ups tried to test it by using the complete version of the Daunting Reality mask.

Alex had tried to acquire the second piece of the mask using the easiest way, which was by asking Zero, and he told him that he needed a gold-grade wish to get the location and a platinum one to get the artifact.

Alex didn't want to waste his only platinum wish he had and didn't have a gold wish, so he left it, planning to acquire the mask later, but after he was done with this battle, he would need to acquire the mask prior logging out, and for that, it would cost him a platinum wish.

A platinum wish was very challenging to acquire and came in very handy as they were the only way to make Zero bend or break his rules, so having a high-grade wish was always a good thing.

'Let's see what I am capable of at my full strength,' Alex thought as he got back to his feet and spat out the blood that filled his mouth.

Alex used the Ruler Pride skill and enjoyed the ringing of notification as his Rank pushed to the peak of Fifth Rank and, with his aura, grew rivaling any peak Sixth Rank warrior.

Alex felt his stats get Dragon Might doubled and more than double again under the influence of his titles and skill that adjusted to his new stats, boosting his base stats far past two hundred thousand, and with the bost of his armor, his stats grew past two hundred and fifty thousand.

Alex felt vast mana coursing through his body, with his Ancient heart beating rhythmically with his human heart, and for a few seconds, he felt light-headed, but then he felt like his body would explode before everything turned to normal.

Alex looked at the Beast King, who looked quite surprised, sensing the sudden increase in the aura, and with a bright smile, he gave the command to use Dragon Monarch Aura.

"A tiny Ant somehow turned into a big bug, but it doesn't make any difference prior this king," Vakural said in a cold tone, but the next instant, his eyes widened, his mouth agape, yet no words escaped.

Alex felt his mind turn blank for an instant, and just like when he had accepted the Monarch Seal Trial, he started to perceive his surroundings differently as worldly law flocked to his side.

Alex felt his senses improve to an incredible degree as he could sense hundreds of meters of environment in crystal clear clarity, sensing the fear present on the battlefield as the elves defended in fear with all eyes looking towards the dome where the second Beast King had entered.

Alex could sense the defenders' despair and the minotaurs' laughter, yet moments later, he sensed everyone on the battlefield froze in horror and simultaneously shifted their eyes towards the dome of darkness.

Alex sensed all those below Sixth Rank fell to their knees, their bodies shaking with fear, with many going unconscious, and it all transpired in a few seconds that the overwhelming beastly aura took to fully manifest prior things returned to normal.

'This is very dangerous,' Alex thought, as his heartbeat raised in excitement, as he felt like he was invincible and proud.

Alex saw everyone in his environment like ants, with their mere presence enraged him to no end, and he felt his mind slipping into a state of semi-consciousness telling him to let loose, let his instincts take over.

Alex felt enraged at those who didn't kneel and had the desire to erase those insignificant creatures to dust, and these thoughts grew louder and heavier by the moment.
