Genson only debated the matter internally for perhaps two minutes before he made the decision that he knew he wasn't going to regret later on. Money was more important to him than his reputation and status. Those were two things that he would have an easier time repairing. Lost opportunities however when it came to money were harder to recuperate in the future.

Did he need more money? Absolutely not, but he liked to keep as much as he could in the case that he needed to plan a quick escape and move to the exact opposite end of the world from where anyone would think to look at him on.

"I can't say that I haven't tried my best princess, but I don't think that it will be enough to appease you." The con artist told the other, his eyes still fixed on the briefcase rather than looking at the other as he spoke.

"The only thing that might be useful to you is that I found out that apparently everyone thought that that man who was nosing around here was a new hire. He had only been around for two or three days before he meet his untimely demise.

"And they didn't think to be suspicious of the fact that he was going under an identity that didn't belong to him?" Lena had a hard time that the people who were working in her office were inept enough to let something that obvious pass them by."Seems that he verbally gave him real name, but used the pass explaining that since the other was in a more management role than most of the other employees that he allowed for this Ashton or whatever his name was to use his work badge until his own had come in." Genson replied with a shrug of his shoulders.

It seemed to be rather convenient timing too as this other person went on 'leave' only a day after Ashton showed up. I think that we can really guess what that means though." dead men tell no tales was the first thought that went through Lena's head when she heard this.

Security was really starting to become a bigger problems that she had expected. She would need to do something to fix that sooner rather than later before another problem this occurred. Legal business wasn't supposed to be as complicated as the mafia world.

"Do you know if they were last seen together? It might give us leads as to where we should looking for a body at?" Samuel interjected, Genson looked over at him and gave a wry smile.

"Find the body? That would probably take weeks if it was even possible to happen. Likely if he was killed which is possibly since this other person has been gone still, the body is probably also long gone and somewhere where no one would be able to find it." Genson clarified for the other.

"Wouldn't that depend on whether or not the person who had anything to do it was a professional or not. We don't know what kind of skills this Ashton has. I don't think it would be a bad idea to try and find a body." Samuel argued, looking over to Lena to see if he was right in his assessment.

"It might be worth expending some human resources on trying to track something down. I can ask Hester to do the back work before we go too far though. Need to find evidence that something happened or they were together last before doing anything." The princess replied.

"Since that has nothing to do with me, I guess I will consider taking my leave now and not bother you again." Genson commented as he came forward to grab the brief case. Lena held her hand up when he did this however.

"What else did you find out?" She then asked causing the other to look at her with feigned confusion.

"I told you everything that I managed to find out over the last three days. There wasn't much else that anyone wanted to talk about." He replied as he put his hand on top of the briefcase. The money was right in front of him, he didn't want to do anything that would jeopardize his chance of leaving with the money.

"Be honest with me if you want the money." The princess warned causing the con artist to deflate slightly with a sigh.

"How much more are you expecting from me?" The question was more rhetorical one as he didn't wait to get a reply before he launched into another explanation.

"I don't think that there is anything else wroth value to be talking about." He replied with a shrug as he turned his gaze to look up at the princess who had a rather impatient expression on her face as she waited to hear what the other had to say.

"Someone mentioned something about a large sum of money and getting it for doing some kind of 'inside job.'. No clue who it was though because when I turned the corner, there was no one there. They had already left and I couldn't figure out who the voice belonged to since they were talking with whoever else in a hushed voice." He told her, hoping that the information would make her happy so that he could leave there without further incident.

The sooner he could get out of there, the happy he would be even if there was still on other psychopath that he would be having to deal with. At least he got paid enough to be able tolerate continuing to work with the other.

"I think that you're really better of just waiting to see what Eve uncovers since I didn't have much success on my end. I would also recommend increasing security and being more mindful of what your employees are doing each day when they come in and out." Genson suggested. He didn't wait for the Princess to reply to what he said before he picked up the briefcase, offered a slight bow and left.
